In 1962, The Beatles recorded their first hit single in EMI Studios on Abbey Road. Their producer, George Martin, didn't approve of Ringo Starr's drumming, and brought in a studio drummer for the session. That drummer's name was Andy White.

46 years later, The Smithereens went into their House of Vibes Studio in Highland Park, NJ, with the very same Andy White to record their version of the same classic tunes.
